Over the weekend, a bored reddit user decided to test various body parts on the fingerprint reader on the Galaxy S7, to determine whether it would recognize something other than a fingertip. He found that a few parts of the human anatomy do indeed function just fine on the fingerprint reader. This Droid Life article summarizes the findings.
